So why take on Chronic Procrastination?
I’ve discovered over my years as a psychotherapist working with creative clients, the Chronic Procrastination they experience is no small thing. In fact, it’s a symptom of significantly more prominent themes, challenges & opportunities that are as individual and specific as each client. Without tapping into these underlying causes with curiosity and self-discovery, procrastination can persist. It remains chronic. It can lead to weeks, months, years and even decades of feeling misaligned with one’s creative clarity & purpose. The real-world consequences can be devastating, sometimes contributing to severe depression & anxiety.
